      Ukraine should also use missiles to incapacitate refineries. With the current price of gasoline and diesel, every barrel of petroleum products they need to import = 3-4 barrels of profit from crude oil export. Destroying refineries are more effective in reducing Russian petrodollar than just temporarily halting their exports.

      Let Russia export crude oil. Bomb every Russian fracking towers within reach, and Putin will be screaming bloody mercy.
