Zunächst einmal lebe ich in Hamburg und lasst uns reinschnuppern
Letzten Donnerstag fuhr ich und wartete auf einen linken Blinker. Hinter mir stand ein Lieferwagen. Als die Ampel auf Grün sprang, hupte mich der Fahrer an, weil ich nicht sofort reagierte.
Ich war genervt, öffnete mein Fenster und zeigte ihm den Mittelfinger (ich weiß, das hätte ich nicht tun sollen). Danach fing der Fahrer an, mich aggressiv zu bedrängen, versperrte mir den Weg (wie auf Foto Nr. 1) und trat sogar gegen mein Auto. Also bin ich einfach weggefahren.
Ich gebe zu, dass ich auch einen Fehler gemacht habe. Aufgrund seiner Handlungen wurde jedoch meine Autotür zerkratzt (siehe Foto Nr. 2).
Zu Ihrer Information: Ich habe herausgefunden, dass die Überwachungskamera eines nahegelegenen Ladens den Moment festgehalten hat, als er mir den Weg versperrte und gewalttätig auf mein Auto zuging.
Kann ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten oder soll ich es einfach lassen?
Wenn ich in meinem Heimatland wäre, wüsste ich, wie ich mit dieser Situation umgehen soll, aber hier habe ich keine Ahnung, was ich tun soll. Deshalb möchte ich Sie um Ihre Meinung bitten.

Ehh I think you learned your lesson. Its just a scratch and its just a car. Tbh I feel like taking any legal action is to much stress and hassle to be worth it. Even if you win the case It’ll eat up a bunch of your time and sanity.
Why did you flip him of? Honking in this situation does not mean that he was annoyed or meant anything other by it than making you aware that you missed the trafficlight turning green. He could sue you for flipping him of as well. Kicking your car and reacting like that is ridiculous non the less and I get that you are upset.
So you tell us that there is actually a store filming public space? And they admit that? Bold move, the Landesdatenschutzbeauftragte will love to fine them for that.
