Dieses Auto steht jetzt seit ein paar Tagen nicht weit von meinem Wohnort in Lettland entfernt. Von der Straße abgekommen und verlassen. Vielleicht kann jemand überprüfen, ob es in Finnland gestohlen wurde oder so?

There’s not really anything we can do, but if you want to be proactive, then you can file a report to the police and they will figure it out.
According to Traficom it’s not registered for road use. The reason is marked as damaged. So probably a crash damaged vehicle sold for scrap. No idea why the plates are still of it though.
When you google the licence plate it gives a photo of the car in Riga.
It has been sold at some point but the new owner hasn’t registered it in their name. Last inspection was in 2022. Removed from traffic use as damaged.
