Seems like any amendments he attempts to make stand a good chance of being shot down at the Supreme Court level. This is pretty dirty pool by Eby and he deserves to be turfed for his flip flopping. The sad thing is that if the NDP get turfed they would get replaced by an openly hostile and racist party in the Conservatives. The truth is indigenous peoples have no political ally in BC, but thats pretty much always been the case. They know how to fight and, legally, are getting good at winning as well.
