Die Schweiz stoppt Waffenexporte in die USA aufgrund des Iran-Krieges unter Berufung auf die Neutralität

really not a fan of trumps war, but i really thought swiss politicians would have learned from the loss of sales this caused the last time. when they blocked sales to ukraine and as a result swiss arms exports dropped by over a quarter. which is quite the feat when you consider that europe is busy rearming.

The swiss have an interesting morality, for over a century their banking system has been used by everyone to stash money – from royalty,movie stars ,mafia lords, drug cartels, terror organizations, brutal dictators to politicians, money through swiss banks have funded wars, cartels and genocides. Yet, somehow, somewhere the swiss feel it is immoral to export weapons be it to Ukraine or to the US.

„Neutral“ while they hold Russian and Iranian gold. Jokers.

So Switzerland, a neutral country, produces weapons or weapon materials that the U.S. needs for its military? That seems like a silly relationship to get into. TIL

I’m sure the US can prosecute this war without them. Maybe they can land the marines a few days earlier now. The US is doing exactly the same thing to their own customers
