I can’t read the article (perpetual error code), but the good people at r-slash-Montreal seem to be in agreement with Mme Martinez Ferrada, so I suppose that there’s quite a bit of truth to the headline?

So, is the issue strictly a lack of provincial funding going to Montréal proper? Or is it poor political representation of that provincial district in the Assemblée Nationale? Or is it a matter of inter-city jealousy/rivalry?
