      They don’t do anything without the US knowing. But the US is still beholden to them. The US needs to believe it’s the senior partner to maintain credibility . Israel needs the US to act as if it’s the junior partner to survive. Both fictions are maintained simultaneously.

      How frightening! Can one imagine if during WWII Great Britain unilaterally undertook a major operation without coordinating with the United States and other allies.
