      Price at Aldi was 1,99 for 400 gramm. Normal Skyr is 1,29 for 500. 

      I cant believe people are buying this scam.

      Great macros in my opinion. Mix in a scoop of protein powder if it’s not enough protein for you.

      „Skyr“: 82% Wasser und 10,6g Eiweiß/100g = 10,6%.

      1 Portion = 125g. Eiweiß (1 Portion) = 27%.

      Aber 10,6 x 1,25 = 13,25.

      13,25 = 27 ???

      10% protein is the standard for dairy products that call themselves „high protein“. It’s ok, go for it.

      Of cause the Ehrman is more expensive, it is a premium brand and not Hausmarke. Nothing special you found.

      I would buy Gervais Hüttenkäse for real high protein. Doesn’t taste that great though.
