  1. Well I think the prices for gas were not high enough for the poor billionaires to afford their 6th yacht.

Iran hit this Qatari LNG facility, by my estimation, an hour after Israel struck Iran’s South Pars LNG facility.  It’s the largest in the world according to this article.  General Caine in his first or second briefing said the calculation prior to this conflict is that Iran’s ability to strike out would be degraded prior to the US (and partners) ability to defend themselves.  This statement was mainly about interceptor stockpiles,  but I’m extrapolating it to reflect the current situation.  Three weeks in and Iran can still dish out punishment seemingly at its pleasure.  I read an opinion column that made the point if US can’t control the Straight of Hormuz and allow free flow, basically Iran (or any bad actor anywhere) will at anytime be able to impose their will on these global choke points anytime they wish.  This energy-war is going to be a real make or break moment for the US and international order.  Regardless if you think US/Israel is flouting international law,  US failure here is more likely to shift more regional actors to imitate Iran’s methods which is probably more detrimental.

Gas price has only increase at a modest rate in the US and Europe compare to what it has increased in Asia. In many Asia country prices of gas has increase 40-60%. It’s crazy

Are these not acts of war? Why haven’t the gulf states collectively declared on Iran yet?

I cant believe Israel, a population of 10m filled with people from Russia, Poland, and Brooklyn, whose survival is contingent on US aid can dog walk the US like this. Its so sick and bleak

  9. Can’t hit Israel’s, so they are hitting everyone else’s. Further proving that they are no longer a contained threat
