    I guess I might be confused about the terminology used here.

    Is disengagement not often the first stepping stone towards, or sign of, burnout?

  3. Really interesting report, but you should really consider investing in a dark mode. 😀

  4. The more colloquial term is „Bore out“ and its a big problem if you’re searching for growth in your career.

  5. I feel like the scale of the Y axis is doing some manipulation here.

    It’s also pretty thin generally, with just 6 datapoints.

  6. I’m not sure two simple lines with 3 data points each, no definitions and no context is „beautiful“. 

    I can’t even be sure it’s data.

    Well, yes, you have to be engaged with your work in order for it to burn you out.
