I’m never going to be against making people more responsible for their waste, but compared to how much waste a lot of businesses unleash into their communities this does feel like targeting the thin end of the problem.
Good start. But don’t think it will stop many. It needs to be educated from a young age that we need to respect our countryside.
Someone must have read my comment from a few weeks ago!
I’m sure they’ll get the millionaires who are doing this down to the field with a litter picker.
I just see too many problems with enforcing it.
