    1. Reading that the majority of the racist abuse he got came from Irish based accounts is a grim reminder that this isn’t just “a few bad actors” or outsiders. It’s here, at home, and it’s ours to fix.

We clearly have a lot of work to do in our clubs, online spaces, and communities to make sure this kind of behaviour is called out, shut down, and never shrugged off as “just the internet.”

What’s crazy is he isn’t even the first black player for Ireland and that abuse wasn’t there when Zebo played or even when Niyi Adeolokun made his debut

Assuming they are the same „Patriot“ scum who proudly display the Ivory Coast flag and idolise the McRapist.

Hopefully the authorities will make an example of them.

Every time there is a discussion of racist abuse, most comments will be about how most of them are bots. No its not. Just have a look at the comment section or Ray Cooke Lettings. Jonathan Murray from Cork and Robert Joyce from Dublin aint bots, they are cunts!

    5. Just let the sad losers be sad losers somewhere on twitter and the likes, don’t give them the attention they crave.

Whether they like it or not his name has gone in the history books for representing our country, in a hundred years when people look at the list of people who played for Ireland in a Six Nations tournament, his name will be there.

The people who abused him will be dead, buried and forgotten.

Trolling racist abuse about an Irish rugby player, some priorities there

I wouldn’t really give a shit about the players when the organization refuses to sing the national anthem and for decades avoided using the national flag

Disgusting behaviour. These cretins with their online vitriol and hate are everywhere. Failures in real life and have to resort to online posturing to feel „successful“.

No surprise, Ireland is a very racist country.
      I hope I don’t hurt your feelings.
