Quebec French isn’t the issue here. A federal institution fumbling its marketing campaign is. Interesting how it’s always „Quebec is too sensitive“ instead of „Ottawa didn’t do its homework.“
The article bends over backwards to avoid the obvious conclusion that they made a bad call and people noticed. Someone tried a joke, it didn’t land, end of story. The rest is just drama trying to spin a simple blunder into a „lesson“ about Quebec.
AND we have another „Pasta Gate“ issue!! So ridiculous when the world is on tenterhooks due to Trump’s „excursion“ into the Middle East time bomb that he has created.
