You need to ask urself, why would a government want no rules surrounding ai videos? Could t possibly be related to a president who’s demented and about to croak in his sleep any day now
I do not get how they can do that without a federal law indicating such a thing. Otherwise it is up to the state. It is interstate commerce but that is Congress not the president.
That they love the tech bros is not a reason. And that they will try and use rules that they ignore in every situation is just ironic.
