      Hope that random fella on the scooter/bike is fine, but I can’t imagine he’s come out with no injuries

      The civvy casualties suck, but the world is an incrementally better place for each Basij member that has to be cleaned up with a sponge.

      Hitting some random guy who is not a direct threat to anyone and is surrounded by civilians including a bus that for all we know may have 100 people in it is simply fucked up.

      They probably waited for the bike to be close enough because they wanted to see a civilian get hurt/killed for fun.

      Sorry to say this, but this is really fucked up. They literally dropped the bomb next to a bus, who knows how many people inside are injured or killed by the shrapnel. And for what exactly? This isn’t high ranking leadership, but some random member on a checkpoint.

      Ukraine is extremely careful and avoids strikes on Russian civilians as much as possible, despite being in all out war. Israel and the US are behaving no better than the Russians here.
