      Presented by Marianna Spring, who has been exposed for lying as part of her BBC’s Ministry of Truth role and in an article by the Guardian, whose impartiality is comical.

      Absolute lol at the comments disparaging the programme just because it’s presented by someone they don’t like. A monkey could present this show and it wouldn’t have made it any less true. Social media is designed to farm engagement, and negative engagement gets more hits. We are being brainwashed to stay in this constant state of anger and yet we do nothing to change the societal model we live in. Long term, we are doomed.

      She’s not wrong.

      I go to X here and there to see what is going on. I was never a big user even when it was twitter, have always found the place to be a bit of a net-negative but these days…. it’s terrifying.

      I put on my virtual suit of armour, knowing what it is all about, and I can *still* get trapped in some emotional manipulation.

      Every single connected human alive is now, I think, mentally ill. Social media is just fentanyl for the mind and I am as hooked as everybody else.

      Also, our dealers are the kid of people who collect as many old newspapers and bottles of piss as they can, only their thing is to do it with money…

      A culture of crazy people.

      Doomed is right.
