Iran has nothing to do with the Sykes-Picot agreement.
Iran’s western borders more or less were set in the Treaty of Zuhab in 1639 between Safavid Persia and the Ottoman Empire. and returned to in the treaty of Kerden in 1746. The final adjustments took place in the early 1800s between Qajar Persia and the Ottoman Empire.
