      Kristi Noem has been referred to the Justice Department for a criminal investigation over alleged perjury tied to her claims that Donald Trump approved a $220 million ad campaign featuring her riding a horse.

      Top congressional Democrats referred the outgoing Homeland Security Secretary to the DOJ over ‚knowingly making false statements under oath‘ to Congress.

      Noem testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee earlier this month that Trump had known about and approved the lavish ad. Days later, Trump told reporters he had not approved the commercial.

      Love this-

      If DOJ doesn’t pick it up (I’d be shocked they would) how do they claim fiscal responsibility even again as a reason why we can’t afford (social benefit here) it also pins Trump as knowing about it and just blowing the cash (not that anyone would care)

      If the DOj does pick it up, they’re sending Noem to slaughter as a sacrifice and I love that for her
