Looks like a fake. There should be at least an ID number of the decision (not sure how it is called), some contacts from the municipality side, etc. Especially interesting are the noise and fireworks permits (normally you should ask a police for every single use of fireworks outside of the Christmas time), let alone the reservation of the public spot for the whole season. Oh, and also the right to possess any vehicles…

Clearly a joke. Guess it’s a way to complain about certain groups occupying the grills ? I’m often in oittaa and in the summer the grills are often taken by large groups of immigrants for hours for their own meetings. I kinda like it but on the other hand when done systematically it turns something public into something private 

The part about how they get to make noise around the clock but confronting them might be dangerous is hilarious and MIGHT indicate this is less than genuine. 😂

Looks pretty fake. Could even be a teekkarijäynä or something. You can always contact the city of Espoo to check if it’s legit.
