      He’s not in Russia then, he would only deny it to protect him. Otherwise it’s just an invitation for Mossad to intervene. 

      The idea of him somehow being successfully transported out of the country at all seems unlikely.

      For surgery, sure. Will this surgery perhaps take place in an underground bunker and the recovery will last several months or years until the miraclulous recovery right on the day when the dust settles in Iran and he can safely go back home without fear of being visited by a cruise missile?

      It would be really funny that Israel helps Ukraine to organize a „bombing event“ when Putin happens to be at the same place.

      Here’s the thing. If he’s recovering there he has to fly back. That flight would be a target, or could be escorted to land. The airspace is free of commercial flights and should be traceable.
