    2. Don’t but things promoted by influencers. They are either ‚real‘ but making a lot of money from you buying this stuff or it’s AI, the company makes more money by not paying the influencer.

    3. Unless your doctor tells you, you need specific supplementation- you do not need supplements.

      You can ask your doctor if you think you have a deficiency. They can run tests to confirm it and they can get you actually measured supplements from the pharmacy. OTC supplements are not regulated. Those detox concoctions are worse. These welness grifters/influencers have hurt people.

    4. Some leap to imagine there’s crossover between people who buy supplements from AI influencers and people who frequent r/technology.
