Regardless of the victim, when do we finally start calling these things war crimes? The individual was unarmed and obviously not engaged in combat. Also toying with the victim seems sadistic.

To be honest I think the operator is target practicing. High speed chases and quick manoeuvring. If the drone has enough battery, why not use it for training.
