As someone who’s been in a collision, and where people didn’t call 911 as i was upside down and unconscious, this article has me so frustrated. So many people just turn a blind eye to others, it’s unbelievable.
Just a few weeks ago i was driving through Midnapore and there was a man laying on the pathway across the road from the schools. I instantly stopped and called 911 because he needed help.. and this kid was in the middle of the damn intersection!
