Which country? It looks suuper peaceful and clear around you which is why I ask.
We started doing something similar when one of my dogs got too old to hike. It doesn’t look as romantic as your setup, but it’s nice. Generally we just take our camp chairs, camp table, bento-ish/charcuterie-ish style meals, and a thermos of chai. When it started, it was just the food and drink packed in a picnic backpack, and we’d hike a few minutes from the truck and sit on the ground. We started taking the chairs and table when the pup couldn’t really walk more than a few feet. It gave the old dog the outdoor experience hanging out at our picnic spot, and one of us would take the younger dogs for a mini-hike before sitting down to eat. At the time, we did this every Friday and called them „picnic dinners“ (we were also keeping up with twice-weekly full day hikes with the younger dogs, leaving the old dog at home). Now our main meal is lunch, and we still do „adventure picnics“ where we go out off-roading, exploring, and maybe a light hike and stop for lunch somewhere with a nice view or ambiance.
It looks so nice and cozy to relax and enjoy.
