It would be more humane to do it with a sword.
Only one Referendum in Poland ever crossed the Threshold(EU Join). Even the Constitution Referendum was 47% but somehow was tricked into being valid.
The word they’re looking for is „recalling“.

It’s time for Krakow to turn Right and vote for non globalist politician
We could copy Switzerland and get rid of the requirements of this ridiculously high participation rate. There should be no quorum requirements to consider the referendum valid. Only make sure that everyone is informed that the vote will take place.
