    If there’s any retailer that might be open to sharing the refund, and capable of distributing it to all members, it would be Costco. I’m expecting a $0.17 shop card balance to appear in my app with my share 😂

    Makes sense… giving the refund equally to members in like a cash-back or giftcard scenario seems messy for a company. If any company would use the refund to lower future prices for customers, or any customer benefit for that matter, its Costco…

    Is there a link anywhere to where we can sign onto this lawsuit? The more of us the better, and as others have said in the comments, there’s no way this wouldn’t be easy for Costco to refund to our memberships in some way.
