The refunds aren’t for the customers, only for the corporations, silly.

Wouldn’t Costco actually have to get tariff refunds first?
I mean we all know Trump is notoriously good about paying people… /s

If there’s any retailer that might be open to sharing the refund, and capable of distributing it to all members, it would be Costco. I’m expecting a $0.17 shop card balance to appear in my app with my share 😂

> If Costco does receive refunds, he said, the retailer plans to channel them into lower prices and improved value for shoppers.
Wednesday’s lawsuit said the company was promising only „a possible future benefit to an indeterminate group of future shoppers.“
Makes sense… giving the refund equally to members in like a cash-back or giftcard scenario seems messy for a company. If any company would use the refund to lower future prices for customers, or any customer benefit for that matter, its Costco…

Didn’t costco eat the tariffs to keep prices stable for customers? Hard to ask for money we didn’t shell out

Home Depot customer should sue for a tariff refund.

Always some assholes in the crowd.
Costco has already said they will refund this to the members and are suing the government to get it back.
Costco will have to spend most of their refund on addressing this lawsuit. Thanks greedy lawyer.

Is there a link anywhere to where we can sign onto this lawsuit? The more of us the better, and as others have said in the comments, there’s no way this wouldn’t be easy for Costco to refund to our memberships in some way.
