This is an astounding example of bad faith data presentation. I don’t like the human circus peanut in the slightest, but come on!

Points + and -: it means nothing, but it evokes a feeling. Its not a measure of percentage, it doesn’t tell you what its measuring. What was scored? How?

For that matter, why bother with the negatives? Surely a better more representative way would be low numbers negative vs high numbers positive. Adding in negatives adds a shell of bias that can (and kinda did) ruin the study!

OKAY TL:DR this measures net approval.

Its essentially 5 questions very favorable, moderately favorable, don’t know no answer, moderately unfavorable, very unfavorable. They take the favorables and subtract the unfavorables, and the resulting answer is net favorability. So 40% favorable- 32%unfavorable= 8net favorability.

Given it didn’t mention a year, did some digging and it is 2025 so still fairly recent.

Who messed up the colouring of the countries? Belgium has -67 yet gets the “-60 to -40” colour.

The only place ive seen a maga hat outside of the united states was in Romania.

I’m always surprised how conservative the UK is. There’s plenty of data like this that shows they tend to be fairly conservative and right wing.
