Americans can only dream.
As per Japanese traditions, scapegoat probably. The notion that a political secretary can trade „hundreds of millions of yen“ all by himself/herself without a powerful backer is laughable. I won’t elaborate further as it can go into defamation territory, but people can draw the dots from there.
