      I’ve been wondering why i’ve heard so little on the Iranian attacks since the start. I know they have less to shoot but i guess the censorship also increased

      It’s pretty normal for countries to want to restrict posting footage of attacks. It gives the enemy free battle damage assessment. Battle damage assessment is a pretty big deal, especially for long range strikes.

      Would have gladly posted all this shit on a alt account or send it via WhatsApp to a friend to post outside the country.

      I hope nobody feels bad for people like this even if what they got arrested for something which sounds ridiculous by our Western standards. These people have no issue going on a vacation in a dictatorship where the infrastructure was build by modern day slaves, so fuck ‚em if that same dictatorship fucks them over.

      I think maybe a little bit of criticism for Dubai being an extremely repressive regime is warranted rather than making it entirely about the person who did it

      Makes sense. Similar restrictions are in place in Ukraine for security reasons.

      It is absolutely normal and expected during war.

      Absolutely correctly btw. By sharing the footage Iran can use the intel to cross reference and identify the location of defensive missile silos and AA positions.

      Satellite feeds are on delay.

      All of our access to information about the Iran war is heavily mediated.
