      Honestly I eat one meal a day for health reasons but times like these make me think how useful it is to be able to do that especially as a prepper oriented person.

      It’s actually very easy. You get used to it after about a week and the body runs much more efficiently and creates much more human growth hormone which are very good for you.

      I think a lot of westerners are underestimating just how much people in that region can tolerate hardship, places like Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan etc.. have been through decades of austerity, poverty, hunger, lack of infrastructure, stability etc… none of this is new to us but it is to these Western countries. These people could easily go back to being farmers and living a simple life for a couple of decades, America? Not so much.
