While I agree with diversifying trade. Maybe stick around in Canada for a few months and focus on domestic issues for a bit? I feel like that’s in order now no?

I know this sounds fawning but I’m sure glad this guy Carney showed up in Canadian politics when he did. He’s damn busy with all these countries.
Is it not a bit odd that whenever Carney goes on an international trip, Brookfield always seems to sign some type of a deal right before?

I dunno if you guys know this or not but our biggest trading partner and defensive partner has going fucking insane so yeah dude needs to shake some hands.
Exactly what we need him to be doing right now. Our trade with UK surpassing. China was an interesting marker, and he’s a good chunk of that.

This is on purpose. There 3 upcoming elections and he doesn’t want to answer questions. Also he has no stance on the current war and if he does send troops bye to his majority. He needs to get ahead of it this asap.
I believe Norway and Germany will use this meeting to be levying a heavy sales pitch in favour of the Type 212CD submarine which is their contender for Canada’s submarine purchase. And to me is perceived to be trailing the Korean platform KSS III offering.
