Like, whatever you think of Kneecap, do you instead choose to side with Trump, who is punishing the people of Cuba for ideological purposes – as the US has done for many decades.

You don’t have to support the regime of a country to support the human rights of its people.

Same with Iran. Is the regime full of shitbirds? Yes.

Is it ok to blow up a school full of 7-year-old girls because the US wants their oil? No.

Anyone who thinks kneecap (or any so called celebs) actually care about all the atrocities in the world is living in cloud cuckoo land. They’re all about the attention on themselves to gain more of us poor sheep as followers

Fair play to them. Lots of people saying that „they’re only out for publicity, as always“, but they have been consistent, since they started up, on their political beliefs and supporting causes they believe in. And they have suffered for it, having to cancel sold-out tours in USA and Canada, the whole „terrorism“ charge one of them faced, etc.

Their music is grand, it’s pretty catchy, nothing special, but they’re using that platform to support causes they believe in, what’s so bad about that?

Like, this is the complete opposite of virtue signalling (as they’re being accused of frequently), they’re getting off their arses, and doing something to deliver aid to people in need.
