Ich ziehe im November nach Deutschland und habe mir auf Immobilienscout verschiedene Städte angesehen.
Leipzig scheint voll von diesen Einträgen zu sein, alle haben die gleiche Adresse und einige verwenden diese Fotos wieder. Scheint sehr seltsam, auch verschiedene Preise. Etwa 90 % der Einträge sind generisch.
Ich frage mich, ob diese Einträge gültig sind. Aus Neugier

Yes these are real listings, they use legal loopholes (furnished housing, renovations) to get around regulations.
you can always try applying, maybe its the same building with multiple units? however, to avoid scams, always view the place in person (either by you or a friend) or at the very minimum a video tour, and never, under any circumstances, give them any money until you’ve signed the contract. foreigners are specifically targets of scams because they know you’re desperate to find something before you move and you aren’t there in person to verify the legitimacy.
I saw this spacest listings in Italy as well. They always cost double the normal rate, I’d be cautious.
