I think only two tankers went by, there are Dozzens others waiting, not only because of fear to be hit but also (principally probably) because of the extremely high insurance right now! (no insurance company risk give insurance to these tankers). Even worse, I heard that just because there is no fluidity of oil from production to consumer, in the next few days, if nothing is changed, the production will stop! In this particular scenario, you can close the rafinnery but in order to start again production, will take days if not more! (it’s not like a house faucet). Bahrain, Pakistan and nearby countries, have already started make economy in oil consumption, like closing universities. Bahrain if I remember correctly, will have for a few days gas for kitchens! And guess who is willing to give oil and gas in good price! You guessed right! And that’s dear peasants is how buisness in high levels are made and how bilioners become multibilioners!
So attacking Iran was the plan to screw China from getting oil.
Yet before the war China had access and during the war China still had access.
Now both Iran and Israel and USA are in the process of destroying all the oil depots and refineries in the region everyone loses out apart from Russia and USA.
