      When Steve MacKinnon invoked Section 107 and forced dockworkers back to work, that’s when Jagmeet should’ve torn up the supply agreement.
      Arbitration gave them 4.25% a year, barely above inflation, while the port is posting record imports and productivity.

      Ships routinely dock at multiple countries before arriving in Canada, I wonder if those are counted in the China cargo. But China cargo is 33% of all traffic at the port.
