      Who pilots the aircrafts of the Gulf states? Foreigners or their own people?

      Looks like a F-16 block 60. (US sold them 80 in starting in 2003). If you slow down the footage, you can see the missile come off of the number two pylon (second from the end of the left wing)That pylon is always for an AIM-9 (L,M or X) on most f-16s. An AIM-9 came off that F-16 for sure.
