Grigoryan vom Sicherheitsrat sagt, Armenien habe jetzt „vier bis fünf wichtige Partner“, die Waffen liefern. Er nannte außer Indien und Frankreich keine weiteren, deutete aber an, dass es sich um „europäische, westliche Länder“ handele.
