      I get India’s approach to this current conflict but i do wish there was more that could be done to bring it to stop

      From India’s perspective, they have good publicity. From the crew’s perspective, they safe. From the US perspective, those ships are accounted for and are out of the action. It’s seems like it’s kinda win for everyone, except maybe Iranian regime.

      It’s good they did it, but this isn’t news worthy. It’s a pretty standard practice in war if a ship is unlikely to make it home to surrender the crew to a nation outside of hostilities.

      If a military vessel wants to surrender itself and take itself out of the fight. I can not see any harm in that for any side except maybe Iran losing it, but… that was given either way. I feel like the captain saved the lives of his men.

      India accepting it… is… perfectly fine? I mean… does it matter who they gave it over to? Hell… they could have done it to China or Russia and I still wouldn’t care. It’s not going to tip the balance of anything anywhere.

      Again… it’s just a captain saving his crew from annihilation.

      Not sure what India even has to defend. Neutral countries allowing military ships to dock under certain conditions is kind of a long standing tradition and isn’t exactly crazy or particularly news worthy.

      I think the concern here is that America and Israel have publicly and aggressively stated that they will not follow rules of engagement and are open to committing war crimes/crimes against humanity/eco terrorism

      Of course it is.  Anyone suggesting otherwise had lost a grip on reality and humanity.
