That almost looks like a dude, where’s the bang
Looks more like a jdam than a cruise missile. Most cruise missiles fly flat and hit from the side and opposed to coming straight down like that. Some cruise missiles are programmed to dive straight down onto a target but after flying low level most dont do that. Plus a cruise missile would lose air speed if it came straight down like in the video
Thats an unexploded ordinance buried into the ground now..no visual explosion by the looks of it

Definitely a Tomahawk.
Either it detonated underground* or the warhead didn’t go off.
*It’s not designed for hardened targets, but it can do pretty well against targets just underground.
