      Noem threw away $220 million of tax payer money, all to look like a complete fool, who has quite obviously never gotten over missing out on the auditions to play Sue Ellen in Dallas. What Noem lacks in brain power and common sense, she certainly makes up for in clueless arrogance.

      It’s funny. I mentioned on another thread that I’d love to see an audit of this spending… because you can produce a Star Wars movie with that budget. And I’m pretty sure she didn’t.

      Kristi Noem’s ads cost $220 million to make and are just gross.

      Why wouldn’t anyone think they didn’t spend the least amount of money possible making any “commercial” and just flat out stealing the whole 220 million?  She probably got 200 million and they got 20 million, less a commercial, simple.

      I’d imagine the $220m figure is mostly media spend than production costs. The real cost is from airing an advert, especially on Primetime network TV. If it did cost $220m to produce then it’s a real low point for mankind.
