      Even if Tramp isnt a russian and/or israeli asset, it really doesnt even matter, the endgame is the same, he is dismantling the US and steals all the money from the process. If he ever loses power he must go to prison, so he has to stay in power for ever

      Do we even have facilities to manufacture missiles?  Or did companies that supply rockets make more money by building them elsewhere.

      Guess how many munition production facilities the US has contracted?

      Six. That’s it. R&D is where the money is at for defense contractors, not munitions production.

      During WWII, the US had 149 major munitions plants. Of course, that was back when we actually built things. Granted, that was a bit of a bigger deal than the Christo-fascists crusade to start the Rapture. But something tells me we’ll hit a cliff of combat effectiveness.

      Shit, dawg. We’re begging Ukraine for drones. We want to pull stockpiles from other bases we have in other parts of the world. Maybe an economy built entirely around speculation and financialization was a bad idea? Not that I want us to win this war – or should have ever kicked it off to begin with. But Isreal said so. Hands tied.

      I really question who thought , that missile protect systems could work. We only produce 6 Thad missiles a month, I thought that was a joke but no that is it. On top of that each thad costs move than 12 million, while it seems the missiles they take out are more like a million or even less. This math does not work out for more than a few weeks.

      This is the same logic that we used against the Soviets in Afghanistan. We supplied the 92-Stinger at a cost of 100k which could take out a Russia Mig23/27 about 5-10 million in those days. Same logic in WW2 with the cheap PT boat , that if it got lucky could sink a destroyer.

      So… China is just waiting until this number gets low enough that it’s really going to require American bodies to stop them from taking Taiwan. To which everyone in the US will say “then take it”.

      I don’t think there’s a world where it would’ve mattered, honestly. Iran has thousands or tens of thousands of drones. Even if we had that much available no one could afford it.

      The issue here is more about “Patriot can’t be used for everything” and honestly the gulf states and US should’ve been preparing for this for years after watching the war in Ukraine.

      Yeah, as always Trump screwed the pooch by *making* this a problem, but everyone also knew Iran had a fuck ton of drones now and now one seems to have actually adapted their military for it. No one was importing foreign hardware that could take care of these or working on their own solutions?

      Genuinely curious but how does America run out of missiles so quickly if they haven’t even been at war for a long time? With the budget the dod gets surely they’ve been adding to the inventory every year.

      Did they give too much away?

      So a couple things:
      A) I don’t believe we are actually running out.
      B) if we are, this is one of the reasons why our alliances were so important and why we armed our friends to the teeth with our weaponry.
      C) if we’ve run out of missiles after a week, wtf have we spent our money on for all these years?

      It’s insane how much propaganda is being posted on Reddit. The US has enough missiles to glass the planet 10 times over. A few bombs in Iran, and suddenly they run out?
