      What’s the surprise. He hasn’t done shit for the economy. Tariffs don’t help create jobs. Beating and imprisoning immigrants doesn’t create more jobs than it destroys.

      Why is this a shock? The Trump administration changed how the government calculated economic indicators last year because the numbers were bad. Even then, the adjusted numbers got worse, so they stopped reporting them. If you thought hiding data made the economy better, you were probably also surprised to find out that Trump is all over the Trump-Epstein Files.
