I’m surprised they were able to dupe these guys into holding assault rifles for a civilian job, but it’s apparent from the older videos we saw of them socializing, even the lowest ranking Russians in the war all knew these guys were being tricked the entire way. Even laughing at them about it to their faces through a language barrier.

I am sorry, those men are likely being used as slave soldiers and probably never coming home. Russia doesn’t even treat its own soldiers with enough respect to tell them the truth, there is no way they care about foreign soldiers. So sad for these families and communities.
Why on earth did so many Kenyans go to Russia in the first place? No sane person would willingly set foot in such a toxic and hostile country.
