      That should absolutely be illegal and considered insider trading. He knew exactly what he was planning to do and used this information and his influence to manipulate the market in his favor.

      He’s surely up to something illegal with this, but it’s surely the least serious of his illegal actions. He will face no consequences for this action or any other illegal stuff that he’s done.
