A large byproduct of every bad action taken is it disrupts a very significant volume of businesses and operations. While it doesn’t feel like much, it’s a slow tidal wave of negatives that companies must put up with and resent…over and over and over and over again as this current administration disrupts businesses and revenue flow.
Heck, just for competitive advantage alone it is in Europe’s best interest to defy the US and force the issue. This in turn alienates the US and shifts market share over to European businesses. It’s just straight up wins for them. This has been the same problem with tariffs too. Much of the cost problem has merely shifted market share away from viability from the US.
Europe is being ‚mean‘. Only the US is allowed to ban and restrict businesses etc at will.
