No one watching that video could possibly think he was “de-escalating”.

If a Democrat had done this, Fox News and the GOP would be calling for their head, and rightfully so. This is disgraceful.

That doesn’t mean what he thinks it means. And the video clearly proves he wasn’t doing it.
