      From the Mezha article:

      >As reported by reuters.com.

      >Operatives from Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence have expressed readiness to begin negotiations with the United States’ Central Intelligence Agency regarding the end of the war, according to sources familiar with the matter. The proposal was conveyed through the intelligence agency of an unknown country.

      >According to officials with knowledge of the matter, such steps were coordinated with Middle Eastern intermediaries and representatives of a Western country; however, details remain confidential.

      >The White House and the CIA have not yet provided comments in response to the request.

      >Officials in Washington express skepticism about Iran’s or Donald Trump’s administration’s readiness for a real exit from the conflict in the near term, the statement noted.

Have they not learned? Just give him a cheap medal and Trump will be their best friend. Write „best peacemaker in history“ on it and call it done.

I imagine US/Israel will want to keep blowing up Iran’s capabilities for now, so they’ll take a super-skeptical stance.

This sounds like that armistice deal that ended ww1 but led to ww2.

    5. So what happens when the terrorist groups start clamoring for power? Because we all know that’s going to happen, just as it happened in Iraq.

Iranian intelligence is the same regime that the US will not allow to continue, so I doubt this will go anywhere

    7. It’s pretty simple. No nukes, no proxies, let oil flow through Hormuz. Don’t be an irritant to the US allies in the region and you can exist.

To committed to end this war. Trump and his bed buddy want total domination

I could be completely off here (because who knows what the dear leader will do next), but I think this ends fast. Iran has no shot at anything here besides more leaders getting killed.

Coup the government and allow a transitional one to take power ahead of free elections and the answer would probably be yes.

Didn’t the foreign minister say they won’t negotiate with the US? Why would they trust the CIA more than the Federal Government

Good luck, Iran essentially made it their mission to threaten peace in the region and fund terrorist Islamic groups around the world.

Everytime they got smacked around alittle they would just double down. I can’t see how to US won’t use this as an opportunity to knock a major rival out of the game leaving just China and potentially India in the future to contend with.

    13. I don’t think this is gonna happen.

The US/Israel stance is pretty clear: until there is no Ayatollah anymore, bombs gonna go boom.

    14. Fake as fuck…

Iran said again today no negociation.

And we are supposed to believe an article with zero confirmed source.

    15. Iran’s best off ramp is to get their hands on that sweet Trump blackmail that Putin and Netanyahu have.

      What Iranian intelligence?

Their top intelligence officials were all assassinated along with the defense minister, the secretary of the supreme national security council, the chief of staff of the armed forces, the commander of the IRGC, and the supreme leader.

I doubt the Iranian regime even knows who’s in charge in Iran, let alone the US on who to negotiate with and who has authority in Iran.

    17. Who can the CIA negotiate with that they can be sure still retains any power or authority in Iran?

You completely obliterate power structures, then there’s no one to credibly negotiate surrender to, and the only alternative becomes takeover and occupation.

      Fucking idiots.

Isn’t Trump extremely antagonistic to the CIA? He prefers to get his intelligence from Putin’s people.

    19. With how Putin came to power through being a former KGB, why would the US want another one of those type of people as a world leader for Iran?

It sounds like it contadicts other messaging coming from other groups of Irani leadership. Could be a rogue element considering the central heads of authority are largely gone and everything is running on contingencies now.

Incoming statement by Iran “No we didn’t, they are lying.” Look how far we have fallen that I would totally believe Iran.

Have they even eliminated the nuclear material this time? I thought that was the main reason.

I’m not sire what it says that they think the CIA will be the reasonable ones that want to end a foreign intervention.

It seems like this is something that shouldn’t be broadcast publicly yet.

    25. If they’re reaching out loke this it does show real weakness. The war will continue

I read that Trump is demanding the Persian Gulf be renamed:
      Bibi’s Persian Gulf of America

I wonder if they will go for it
