      They „discovered“ the three subtypes we already use to catagorize ADHD.

      omg this makes so much sense.. always felt like adhd wasn’t a one-size-fits-all thing. wonder if this explains why some meds work for some ppl but not others?

      The older i get (30 now) the more I think I’ve got adhd.

      I can’t plan ahead without detailed calendar entries, I struggle to prioritise outside of my job, I have trouble staying focused on things that don’t bother me. School was horrible most of the time.

      But getting into the smallest possible detail possible inside a random video game? I’ll write you an essay without a single break.
