It’s fine. Rules only apply to countries other than US.

Japan lifted the Russia sanctions after like a couple weeks or months. I don’t think they care.

They’re only in a tough spot deciding how to say just enough to not make anyone angry. Like most of the world they are happy to see the mullahs go, while realizing the way it is being done is problematic. Short term pain as fuel prices rise and shipments of exports are delayed, long term at least a chance of a more stable Gulf and maybe even cheaper oil. They also would like to see the Russia-Ukraine war end and Iran was a big Russian ally.
Remember, all Japanese policy-makers are a few years from retirement and just need to feather their (overseas invested) retirement nests. They don’t care about the future past their own lives.

Morally corrupt, immoral army.
The West killed 210 children, while they promised to meet at the negotiation in a few hours.
Then they asked why Iran didn’t come to the negotiating table.

Can’t have it both ways. If that’s really want they want then they need to stop depending on the US for defense, with all that that implies.

… What „Rules based order“???
The big countries do whatever they hell they want, while the smaller countries that can’t project power are coerced to follow the rules.
The U.S doesn’t even recognise the International Court of Justice.
Again I ask: **WHAT „Rules based Order“????**
That Time is Over – the Old order is **DEAD.**
We are now in an outright **“Might Makes Right 2.0″ Order.**
**Brace yourselves people: War is coming**, **as the greedy aim to take ever more from the weaker…**
