      Most street heroin these days contains no heroin, but is rather a dangerous mix of fentanyl variants and other toxic opioid or ketamine like molecules with possible horrific side effects. Like death

      heroin is almost impossible to find these days, I think they mens fent or a mix.

      Heroin, literally? Not just opioid abuse? I thought heroin was essentially wiped out by the rise of fentanyl. Cheaper and stronger.
